The original mailboxes used by the builder have been discontinued. A new version (Kingston SCK-1017 Black) is available for purchase online that we have begun transitioning to. However, the new mailboxes may require some minor modifications to the exiting mounting plates.

Mailbox repairs or replacements are the responsiblity of the Homeowners.
